JDE Password Reset
Important Information
JDE user accounts are separate from your Windows logon and have different rules.
JDE Rules
1. User accounts are locked after the 8th incorrect attempt
2. Accounts will auto unlock after 15 minutes from the account being locked.
3. Users can reset their password if the account is locked, and this will unlock their account. To reset your password, you will need your employee ID, DOB, & last 4 of your SSN.
