New User Computer Checklist
Important Information
Directions for New Employees to the City on how to log into and setup their new computer system
Login to computer
Login in and change the Passphrase (your supervisor or designated individual should have received it in their email) In order to do this for the first time your computer must be physically connected to the City network.

Setup Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Download and install on your phone Microsoft Authenticator,

Setup MS Outlook
Open up your Microsoft Outlook; when you do this for the first time it will send a request to approve to your phone with Microsoft Authenticator. Also, you will need to Sync OneDrive to your computer,

Map a Network Drive

Explore the Software Center
The Software Center is an application that you can use to install pre-approved software (this can be accessed by either the application icon on the desktop or by searching your computer.

Open Up and Test Applications
